It matters to me...

I do calves and abs with my morning cardio. I alternate days for each. Just a few sets but it adds up over time.

Thanks guys. I am about 243 in the pics. Doing a ****load of cardio to REALLY lean up more. I need it. I keep my fat in more upper body more than anywhere it seems.
