It's so inconsistant. I basically eat one carb...
It's so inconsistant. I basically eat one carb meal a day like noodles or soup or something like that. A muffin in the morning with some tea. The rest of the day I'll have fruit. Not much structure....

Pilates
Pilates are great for training your core region because it basically pairs the ab work with the back work. Also body weight resistance is used and you do lots of rotating of the spine during abwork....
