Question Weight Training and Cardio

This is kinda a two part question:

1)Would it be okay to weight train with my legs one day and then next day do cardio?

2)Would doing this be bad for strength/mass gains?

Need help figuring something out

So I talked to a guy who didnt like drinking protein shakes. He had some type of protein supplement in a glass bottle that said ISO something...i think it was like pinkish in color..with a blue label...

Push Ups VS. Bench Press

So I was wondering if I were to take a break from the bench and instead do push ups, would i be able to maintain the same strength?
