First time competing, what organization/show do you recommend?

I'm going to be competing in the 2010 EPFNB Toledo Glass Scepter
in Ohio. This will be my first competition. Can anyone suggest me another beginners comp in/around Ohio that would be worth doing?

That's what I'm consuming right now. My trainer said I need that much just to maintain daily cause I'm pouring concrete daily, 250 -300 yds on average working 10+ hours aday and running a crew)
