I ruptured my achilles back in Nov and had to have surgery to repair it. I was on crutches for a while and then I had to wear a special shoe after that so it would heal properly. So now that Im able...

Well Im back to lifting after way too much time off to heal.
Just eating much more and doing the creatine/protein thing.
Its not easy being a hard gainer lol!
