Well, just got back from the gym, weighed in 216.5 Lbs and 20.3 % BF!!!

Been taken my Mitotropin like clock work. Well, when it come to working Night shift or Day shift.

Started my Mitotropin today .... already this morning I had the Oatmeal and Egg white. Doing chest, triceps and abs this afternoon ... still trying to wake up!
