i agree with twinnette....i got better results lifting heavy with low reps...also use compound exercises except with bicep/tricep....i want ed to add that im also 5 ft!! good luck!!

Unhappy stuff on legs??

ok, i thought that lifting heavy will help get rid of cottage cheese legs.....but mine seems to be looking worse....is this normal???will it look worse before getting better???

what is the best way to know that you are gaining muscle??? mirror? calipers? waist/hip measurement stay the same, but everything else increases???

i was talking about heart health....i ve already tried to lose fat..and of course lost muscle and became skinny fat....now im trying to recouperate from it.....its amazing how easy it is to burn...

ok im 5 ft about 104 pounds...ive just learned from the last 5 months that all this freakin cardio burns muscle, so for the last 7 weeks, ive been focusing on building muscle...im on a 4 day...
