LMAO for realz? you obviously are not a sprinter ... i am at my top speed by the 2nd step lol @ that. a good start is key usually we dont hit top speed till the 50-60m mark. finish strong!

It is good to take a week off after training hard, just watch what you eat and try to keep it clean. Rest can be very good for you. Trust me it works wonders
