me too!

I wash my hair 2- 3 times a week. Its very long, so I do the ponytail thing if it gets dirty. It look better on day 3!! Its curly and even if I straighten it, its frizzy

you should be sensible at any age of course when it comes to joint health and injury..........I was just unaware that after 35, some timer went off and called us OLD.......just lift like you always...
