I just use Vitamin E oil and salt exfoliate.
If I had an hour every day to wait for the oils to permeate my skin....maybe when my 4 kids are older.
I do not enjoy cardio at all! I started using am upright bike at home recently. I set it to HIIT intervals, and watch a show on my tablet/blast some metal on my MP3.
20-30 mins and I'm done.
No advice either, but wanted to say that you look awesome! Totally jelly (I'm a shortie too :D)

I train them 1-2 times a week. Plus plyometrics on cardio days.
Wholewheat toast with cream cheese + mozarella. Lot's of strong coffee!
