Great advice Kevin, Taking in as much calories a day has been something I've been doing. So it's better for someone of my stature to take in "dirty" calories than no calories at all?
Wow, 20 lbs. I would absolutely **** if I gained 20 lbs, creatine or not. As of now I am taking creatine, protein, and Nitric Oxide stuff from walmart.
If your not worried about bulking up and just being healthy I would say yes. Just laying off the sodas, eating less fast food, and drinking alot of water will help out tremendously.
Thats what I was thinking also. With my low body fat I was thinking that I would maybe see slight gains sooner than some. Im going to update my measurements every 10 days to see if I'm right.
