I actually have taken it two times, and both times it has taken around 20-25 minutes for it to kick in. But thanks for the response, I'll be taking it an hour before I lift now!
Would taking White Flood have any affect on that? I would most certainly be able to take it an hour before my workout if there isnt any conflict with the White Flood.
