for whatever reason i did this with my calves.. just flexed them and held it for a minute or something.. and now(a day to two later) they seem sore..what happened
its not the soreness that i have problems with, its the energy in my leg muscles... i cant skate nearly as long as normal without my legs getting really tired
Ok so im getting back in shape for hockey, but how am i supposed to work out my legs.. which are very essential for hockey haha.. and have energy to play after(day after or whatever)
