Is the trainer trying to get you to lose weight or build muscle?
Too many fakes out there and no real definitive answers it seems :|
Been using Colavita but I'm hedging on the fence after things I've heard.
Do whatever you will stick to. Don't start a lean bulk at 15% bf and turn around in eight weeks and say I want to cut and drop calories.

My gf is trying to get more active and shed some fat. She was seeing a trainer but it gets to expensive. I'm very knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness but I wanted to get a woman's perspective.

Last weekend I managed the dropping of a 45lb plate on my big toe. The tiny bone towards the end of the toe was fractured and obviously I won't be running/jumping for 6-8 weeks.

We lost out first dog about 10 months ago. She passed relatively fast but it was still gut wrenching knowing she was in pain.
