Can confirm, flat bench works fine but with the Rep AB-5000 I have to either incline outside the rack or face in on my outer posts.

They will usually stay put but may occasionally drift forward. You could probably shave off some of the rubber bumpers or add some weight to the handles to keep it more consistent.
