IMO I dont see it as necessary to maintain unless you want to show off that hard earned body for a while. AS long as your adding your calories slowly go for it

Logically I would presume as your needing to stay ina caloric surplus theres no point of cardio? You dont need any aerobic fitness while weightlifting to my knowledge, so why bother?

Well its outside my usual macros so i guess it classifies! It just makes it easier for me than reincorperating foods like that into my program to just have a time once a week to have some sweets
Having one once a week feels good to me, I feel on track and if I was to ever go over my macros Id just up the cardio. I have healthy food I enjoy everyday :)
