Yep, pins are still holding up great, been sitting there for ages with four 45s on them and haven't given me any trouble.
I'm pretty impressed with that NL rack to be honest. If those accessories will fit my R3 (and it looks like they will), that is a super cheap alternative to the Rogue stuff, and the steel seems the...
I honestly think that's just a coincidence. The spotters have to have that gap if you have both pins on the inside of the rack, and the gap is the exact same length as the little nub of a pin on the...
Yep that's how they are supposed to be, Rogue even copied that design for their Monster series spotters.
I think it's a bit dumb and found it weird the first time I used an EliteFTS rack. I...
I'm making the trip down from Canada on Thursday, should be a cool weekend, really excited for it!
I believe it's because he didn't wait for the rack command.
This is a really good idea, I think I might make an app to do this today, haha... Would let me train in kilos even with pound plates so I can actually get used to what the kilo numbers are.
You...
Hey Shane, not sure if you'd remember me but we chatted briefly at CPF Provincials in December when you were trying to squeeze into that Inzer singlet after someone jacked yours!
Was just...
You hold the middle bar with one hand, and one of the other bars with your other hand, just allows a wider variety of grip options.
Kind of a stupid picture but this points out as many grip...
Yeah it came with all the hardware which was nice. I had them ship to CBI in Niagara Falls, NY just to avoid any BS as I only live 1.5 hours from the border anyways. I had my Rogue Bench shipped...
So the way my basement is, my R3 will only fit between the floor joists and as a result I had to mount the pull-up bar on the back rather than across the top. This is no big deal really and the rack...
+1, measure the hole size on the rack you bought, if it's less than 1" you are probably out of luck unfortunately.
Awesome rack by the way, and congrats on the new arrival!
Got my Rogue Bench yesterday but my basement floor isn't really all that level and it wobbles pretty bad in the one spot where it needs to be. I found by taking the little rubber end cap/foot off of...
Hey thanks man. I've been lifting for around 3 and a half years and spent the majority of it following some variation of 5/3/1 and programs similar.
Added some new toys so new pics.

Might as well get a thread started for this since it's this weekend... Not a lot of info out there, anyone have a roster or anything?
Apparently it's going to be streamed here:...
Little bump here but I bought one of these from GarageIron last night and it is honestly a work of art. I love bare steel bars.
10.25" is way too narrow of a pad...
If you have a 20kg barbell and a 20kg plate on each side, you lifted 60kg, not 40kg. Always count the bar weight.
Bust out the callipers and get a diameter on these things, haha...
