I used to do 4 set(twice a week) instead of 6, but I switched to working out arms one time a week so i went up to 6sets

green mag is the ****, when i first tok it my strength increased, and size. Couldnt have asked for more.. Not sure about cold fusion though, never tried it.

i never have problems.... Whenever u get a cravign for some thing. Just eat something thats filling. Instead of that candy have a glass of milk or choc milk lol
