Dairy isn't healthy anyways. There are plenty of protein sources without dairy. Hemp, bean, beef, egg, protein powders all exist.

Jay Cutler is probably the biggest guy who could vacuum.

If he doesn't compete in bodybuilding, why would we have info on him competing in bodybuilding?...

And imagine Jay didn't have that width.. he may never have won. His waist would look too wide. Width matters...a LOT. And prime Jay did have a good X shape.

Flex's transformation was impressive and he looked great, but yea Kevin's is much more impressive and size-wize he was as big as some of his good years legs aside.

lol you serious? Widest shoulders/frame has always mattered. Just like thickness and muscle 'pop', it's part of bodybuilding. Wide shoulders are what create the X shape, make the waist proportionally...

no feathering on Phil either, and Ramy has more detail in his legs in the side shots than Phil

I don't see anywhere where Phil beats Ramy. also has a noticeable shoulder imbalance now.

People like the commentators talk about Phil having the 'lines' and 'better genetics'. I think they're delusional at this point. Ramy has 50+ pounds on Phil, no distention, a lot more width, and imo...
