Make sure your diet in on point, then look into adding in protein to fill in the gaps when you don't have time to eat a meal
It doesn't matter what brand of creatine mono you use, just pick one that you're interested in and take 3-5 grams per day
If you can't take them all at once it should be fine to split them up

You can take creatine mono any time of day, timing isn't important, 3 - 5 grams a day is all you need
