God I used to drink at least one 2L a day of regular pop,now I drink diet Pepsi about 1L a day which is still bad but I'm try to cut it out completely.
I actually have a treadmill which I use during the winter but I find it boring compared to being out in the trails....plus there are usually a few babes walking the trails as well,which helps to keep...
Thanks for your help guys,I will keep walking until I get down to 220 pounds and then try to run parts of the trail...and then hopefully working my way up to running the entire trail.
