    I like zercher squats, nice and safe if you fail...

    I like zercher squats, nice and safe if you fail a squat, just drop on to the rack.. I've had a few people warn me about the risks of tearing the tendons in my arms. Anyone give this any thought.

    Thoughts on this 2 day split

    Saw this on a different forum when googling 2 day strength splits, I just thought i'd ask peoples opinions of it. I'd be doing 5x5.

    Day 1:
    Bench
    Squat
    OHP

    Day 2:
    Squat
