Itīs not 10 pounds, if you lift under 100 lbs you add only 5. I did this mistake and itīs gonna kill ya. All Pro clarified this, donīt remember which page, though.

I actually was at a deficit, but not anymore. Now Iīm between maintenance and a small surplus. Well, Iīll let you know how my tweaks for #1 turn out.
Update on Intermediate Workout #1
After doing #1 for several months now, I think I am not making good progress like when I did the beginners, so I decided to tweak it a bit:
my suggestion, do both, weight lifting and cardio for maximum fat burning and a clean diet and you should see some good results.
