Tried pullups ladder sets? Descending numbers of reps with 30 secs rest in between. Eg. 5-4-3-2-1 = 15 reps. A great way to add more volume to your chins. Go the big back for bench!

Whatever work for you then, just seems like an expensive mission to me. I've never lifted with a coach, I've had help from a mate once or twice but generally I've run my own lifting.
