Needless to say my left upper back is a LOT tighter than my right upper back (probably due to having an imbalanced bench and squat form). I've tried so many damn stretches and nothing has changed....
My left upper back imbalance (or tight left lat) is killing my regular and close grip bench press. Can't keep my left side tight to save my life so my final grinder rep is an imbalanced awkward...
can't speak for people on the internet but I've met plenty of people that are like "ya bro i squat like 315" and when you see them squat that weight it's some bullchit half or quarter rep.
It's all good man I'm not dreading it at all (other than not being able to eat a lot). I know I'm very under-muscled for forum standards but I think I look alright.
