    Alright so update! Have not posted in a while, got a nasty flu bug and was out of the gym for near two weeks. Been getting back in the groove this past week and am still dieting!

    Caught a ****ing flu bug :( hopefully doesnt last too long. At least I still have 12 weeks. We'll see how things pan out, hopefully this doesnt mess everything up. Very discouraging!

    Feeling good, not a ton to update, calories at 2500 and still no cardio right on track. Will be adding in about a session or two starting Saturday (12 weeks out).
