I'm new when it comes to deadlifting. Does anybody find it hard to keep your back completely staright...I usually bend forward (which is bad) and I have a hard time firgurng out how to do so.
I know 4-6 reps are used for strength and mass but a trainer told me that when you do shoulder raises and dumbbell flyes you wanna do 6-8 reps for mass and strength. What should I do?
