(5:30am) to do cardio!!! Im expecting a big loss this friday.
fell off kinda hard this weekend... weight is 219lbs . Mostly water weight but so many things going on ! Im motivated by this now. Not gonna derail all my hard work.
Do you take any stimulants before you train in the morning? Ive always wanted to be one of those guys who is able to train at like 5am but just cant wake up and get out of bed!! Any advice??

I was over 300lbs a year ago and have no loose skin. What i did was keep my carbs low and protein high. I also lifted regularly. Try not to lose the weight too fast,slow and steady !
I just recently , maybe a month ago added fish like cod,flounder and tilapia to my diet. Great source of protien and low calories...4oz are typically 90-100 cals and 20g of protien with no carbs!!...
So i kind of fell off the wagon and gained alot of weight . As of this past january i was in the 280s . I really got tired of what i saw in the mirror and at 32 i didnt want to look this way anymore....
