When I buy this, or if I get chosen to log it (hint hint ;) ) I'd love to try 9 caps + 25mg or so of geranium.....i think it would blow me away. Also, I can't wait to try 12 caps!

IMO you should only take it on workout days....approx 4-5 times a week. you dont need to take creatine everyday.

Oh yeah, I forgot.....I got a sample packet of Citrus IntrAbolic and used it yesterday during my workout. I tried the original apple version of IntrAbolic and I can say that this new flavor is leaps...
