well....as far as i know, the fat loss should be all over the body, so when u try to lose weight don't think if u do more abs u'll lose fat from ur belly only...u r losing fat even from ur ears......

yeah it's normal dude ur just not used t it yet ....i've had it for a while when i started doinn it and now i'm super fine with it, try different grips like wide, narrow, normal...u know....keep it up
