I personally feel that almost every method of body fat estimation is extremely inaccurate except for the bodpod (which still has a higher deviation than you would expect)

IMO, most adjustable benches that weigh over 100lbs are good. You definitely see the difference.
The power rack does what it has to do and is a good entry level rack.
