I don't think you really all that is true about what you are eating. Likewise I am a hardgainer myself 5'5" at 115lbs my entire life. Recently gained 15lbs in 30 days. Try the weight gainer...

That's what I'm doing. I rather bulk up first and work out hard and loose the fat later. I have noticed a tremendous amount of energy since I gained weight. Which will help you with weight lifting.

My situation is pretty much the same small calf no matter how hard I try. I remember running up and down the the bleachers during physical ed. in high school and you can really feel it in your calves...

Do I still need to take BCAA even if I drink a protein shake during my workout? Would it make any different since protein have BCAA already. Correct me if I am wrong.
