It has to be the diet, make sure he isn't sneaking in extra junk food at home or school if you can.

Also, it takes time. Even on a great diet it will be a couple weeks if not more to really start...

I got banned before for "calling out a mod" so be safe. If they are fair and just all the people who just posted TP callout threads will be banned too! I think mine was a week or two.
