so its sunday again and checking the weight for second time: 80.1kg, its a little bit frustrating when u dont c ur weight going down, but i guess im holding a little bit too...

i`d say 16 or 17%

im weighing only once a week - on Sunday, i really dont see any reason why u should weigh urself every day or 3-4 times a week.
