I like the way it I set up just seems like adding weight every fifth week is slow and doesn't seem like you would progress quick enough. Maybe I'm wrong. Anybody else run into this?

Some kind of resistance abs like weighted situps or crunches
Wed-Back/biceps
Pulldowns
One arm db rows
