tried it before - you will definitely lose weight but it isn't fun.

Spray tan can be risky and if you've never done it before you don't know what you're getting yourself into.. If you happen to get splotchy - it'll be really tough to hide it on...
so I made myself a protein shake for when I went to school.. but since I couldn't taste anything, I threw all kinds of stuff in there - flax seeds, chia seeds, phyto berry, vegegreens...
