I agree to a point. 2000 calories of cheetoes and twinkies is much different than 2000 calories of quality whole foods. I think the idea is different things work well for different people.

I think i speak pretty freely when I say most people don't care what you like like at the gym. If they see you consistently it can actually help keep them motivated as well. (Even the fit ones)
