I'm not sure I'm following you. How would I put my knees over the bar more without knee flexion? How would hip extension do that?

It's hard to tell from the vid, but my knees are fwd. The bar is over where my toes are and I shoot my knees fwd to touch it when I bend down to pull. So maybe more of a vert would help. Can't argue...

That's a tough angle but it looks like your not keeping your chest up out of the hole just a bit. Good depth though, and I'm guessing you ment to pause
