I agree with the idea of warm water while you lift, but otherwise I stick to cold myself. Does anyone else agree with the idea of warm water taking the fat away I have never heard of it.
Yeah I think it does. I have personally went from drinking none to alot. The colder the better. During workouts water is very important. I hope this is of some help to you.
