How much protein are you currently consuming on a daily basis?. And from what foods are they coming from?

Finally figured out my macros, and I've built a diet that will hit them on a daily basis.
How long dose a typical bulk session last ?. I heard 12 weeks ? Or should I just keep going...
I've added Oatmeal to my diet, That i'm starting on Monday, 50G of Oats with Skimmed milk.
