work on your legs and your delts, when you work on your legs your abs are gonna shine through better cause off the fat you 're burning training the big leg muscles
Can anyone please comment on my progress?
I feel that the muscle is more tones and my body is harder but it doesn't show on the pictures I make I think. Or am I wrong?
You have good definition of your muscle but miss the mass to make it look great. Lift heavy do 30 pull ups a day (makes the muscle growth huge).
