I will be doing ICF 5x5 for sure. 3 people in a row suggesting it. That MUST mean it works.
I guess I'll go for Ice Cream Fitness 5x5. I've done SL 5x5, but that wasn't something for me. I want to feel my arms and abs more. Thanks.
So, I need to keep up my pull ups, even if I can only do 5 - 3 - 1. I should also add 2 sets of 8 dumbbell curls? Are you sure that would be good?
I want to squat every workout, but it takes alot of time in a full body workout. So, I switch them with deadlifts. Finishing the muscle = like not being able to do a single rep with a 5kg dumbbell...
