    built for conventional but can't conv DL for chit, pulls 600 sumo, injures himself with 4 plates on conventional every time crew

    i did 6x/week, hitting most lifts 2-3x/week, ending a cycle every 15 days
    it worked for the time being, but i also used conservative maxes so i didn't spend very much time in the real 90%+ range......
