I woke up today not feeling so hot.. Long weekend of gigs and stuff so I was feeling...

I take 3 when i wake(Pre-Workout) round 7:45am

and 2 around 4pm.. I weigh 205 and this has been working great for me.

Anyone tried this yet?

I did a few hours ago and all I can say is AWAKE.. Gonna try this pre-workout next time..

For what its worth I take it and I am also on Vyvanse. I have not had any problems. But adderal may be diffrent.

Could just a freak accident.. I have been taking BCAA's for years and never had any nausea.. I try without the Beta Alanine and see what happens..

I took this in the past and loved it. On occasion certain mix with pre-workout stims combined with Xtend would make me sick to make my stomach. But not enough to puke..

So I started back on Xtend....

I have had wonderful success with this program. I have been on it for a year now and can not see myself doing anything else. I have become a huge fan of Jeff Willet.
