You gotta eat way more dude... Right now your diet is probably only enough for your metabolism to work, not to upgrade. Alimentation is priority in training !
Personnaly I work at Mcdonals so I can say that I eat there around 3-4 times a week. So what bunch of proteins and fat :P Just eat better when you are home XD
chocolate peanut buther is taste in my opinion. And my trick is too have 2 differents flavour so you switch every 2weeks to never get tired of a flavor :P

Id say raise the number of meat you eat personnaly I do 5 meat now :P. You can also use mass gainer, but personally I find it really too sweet so it is impossible for me to use that ;P
