    I'm up in Fontana at my mother in law's house and was able to squeeze in a workout at the 24hr fitness. I did legs, back and biceps. Finished with 15 minutes of cardio.

    Hmm, I'm at averaging about 15-20 sets a workout between 4 to 6 days a week.

    I would say between 90-100 sets a week.
