How do you measure to get your 4 oz. - or do you look and guess?
OK, since no one knows this one, how about this...
How much turkey (ground) do most of you eat (of those that even eat it) to get around 30g of protein?
I know 3 or 4 oz. is the answer, but how...

Know how many cups are in that pound of turkey?
For fluid this might be true, but 4 oz. of turkey has a different weight/volume than 4 oz. of water.
I thought of that one, then remembered that oz./cup are diff. measurements.

I can find them for 6 OZ or 4 OZ, but I cannot find anywhere that converts from the weight to volume...

Why not start with 30 minutes of steady state fasted cardio on the days you don't workout (Wed, Sat, Sun), then if you don't see results up the time to 45 minutes...
