Try the vacuum pose. It was a popular method of getting a thinner waist in the 60's-70's.
There's no need to cut. Just keep bulking up and lifting heavy until next spring then go for a cut. You should have a fair bit more mass to you to be able to make a proper cut.
How about a normal picture without some crazy angle?
If you have access to gymnastic rings use them for dips.
Also are you doing the full range of movement on dips as this should work the tricep long head?
