If a person has an allergy to dairy, whey protien could kill them. It is 100% pure dairy. Dont let your friend take it. Maybe try egg white protien.

dav350z is right. I am not lactose intolerant. There is a HUGE difference. People that are allergic to dairy, cant have any dairy at all. Whey is 100% dairy. This mix up could actually kill someone.
