there are a few at my gym that i see all the time and never seen them lift anything.... so squats are out for them.

good advice so far, lift heavy, do a little cardio, and eat right and keep at it.
and the "moobs" will vanish

and check craigslist. there are some killer deals out there on stuff that people have been hanging clothes on for years.
